Shipping policy

Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with EAGLETEK LLC.

Every product is custom-made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for design, proof approval (when applicable), production, quality inspection, and packaging before your order ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Proof Approval

For products requiring custom artwork, logos, or personalization, a digital proof will be provided before production begins.

Production will not begin until the proof has been approved by the customer.

Delays in proof approval will delay production and shipping.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only.

At checkout, customers may choose from the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier transit time: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

  • Carrier transit time: 1–2 business days

Please Note: Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, EAGLETEK LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or FedEx delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
