Refund policy
At EAGLETEK LLC, each products is custom-made and personalized specifically for your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, personalized and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eagletekusa@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue. If the issue is determined to be our error, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect all personalization details before placing your order. EAGLETEK LLC is not responsible for spelling, design, or customization errors submitted by the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because every product is custom engraved and made to order, all personalized and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom metal business cards
- Stainless steel name badges
- QR code products
- Custom bottle openers
- Metal wallets
- Keychains
- Custom plaques and signs
- Promotional products
- Any item engraved with a customer's logo, name, text, or artwork
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the personalization nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an engraving or production error made by EAGLETEK LLC, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for products that arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error made by EAGLETEK LLC. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
